Commissions
Custom commission pieces are made to order with the buyer’s insight and direction through the entire process of creation. A buyer will receive progress updates and photos until it is agreed to be complete by the buyer and colalex. Any changes desired by the buyer must be requested prior to shipping the piece. Once the work has been shipped, no further changes nor refund can be made.
Prints
Prints are final sale. If there is any issue with the print you receive, please get in touch using the Contact form and a replacement of the same print can be sent- no need to send back the one(s) you receive.
